Reset Quiz to initial state
I am using the matching quiz with drop downs.
I have gone into properties and selected "when revisiting reset to initial state," but it is not resetting to the initial state?
I have found the easiest and only way to "Reset to Initial State" for quiz questions with multiple attempts (so the quiz slide resets) is to do the following:
- Change your When revisiting properties on the base layer for each question slide: (found in slide properties) to Reset to Initial state
- On the Try Again trigger button - Edit your trigger from Hide this layer to Jump to "Slide # (choose the question you are on)" when the user clicks.
This will automatically reset your slide to the initial state because you are Revisiting the slide - not just hiding the Try again layer and going back to the Base layer.
