Reset Survey when Revisiting
Hello,
I have created a survey question bank in storyline 360. It is technically a "quiz" ie: asking questions and having the user click the "correct" answers, but I did it in a survey format, as we are giving them the same feedback for whatever they pick.
The issue I am having - is I would like for the user to be able to go back and do the survey again, but get new questions drawn from the quiz bank. I have made sure all of the questions are set to "Reset Initial State" and it still isn't working.
Hoping for a solution!

Hello TanyaGarneau,
Happy to help!
The correct way to initiate a redraw from a question bank is to use a Results Slide to reset the interaction. This specific trigger resets the question bank draw, and it's only usable with a Results Slide present in the course.
I've attached an edited version of your course with a Survey Results Slide added. Clicking on the "Retry Quiz" button will draw a new set of questions from the question bank. Let me know if you have any questions!

Jose!!!! Thank you so much. This is exactly what I needed. For some reason I struggle to figure out how to put in a Results slide - are there any resources for this? I think I am missing something very obvious.
Hi TanyaGarneau!
Glad to see my teammate Joe has been helping you!
We do have a comprehensive user guide to help get you started with adding Results Slides to a Storyline course.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
