Resetting to Initial State Doesn't Work...
Can someone tell me why Articulate Storyline still has options in a knowledge check selected after a "try again" even though I clearly specified in the settings that I want it "reset to the initial ...
It only occurs on the Knowledge checks on slide 1.6 and 1.11; I have messed with it so much I don't know what features have been checked. I have tried making new slides to see if it was something that I accidentally clicked. It just won't return to the original state. I tried having it jump to the slide again which will reset it but then won't count against their 2 chances. It will stall them out on that slide until they have it correct rather than give them a set number of chances.
