Resetting to Initial State Doesn't Work...
Can someone tell me why Articulate Storyline still has options in a knowledge check selected after a "try again" even though I clearly specified in the settings that I want it "reset to the initial ...
What you showed was still the problem and is still not resolved. After try again the slide should reset to the original unanswered view rather than show them the answers they already gave. It doesn't matter if it resets later in the section. It needs to reset after you press try again.
