Thank you! I'm disappointed because I really like Storyline and wish that you could create responsive content with it, but I'll check out Rise as well. I tried to get into Captivate but couldn't - I thought the app was weird. And this is coming from a former graphic designer with a background in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, XD, etc.
Edit: Loaded up Captivate again, getting the hang of it I guess.
