Restarting Rise Course: Landing Page is Last Quiz Question
Hello,
I'm having this issue with multiple Rise courses. My courses have this structure:
- Title/Objectives page
- Lesson 1
- Lesson 2
- Lesson 3
- Quiz
- References & Resources
The final page has links to sourced documents and resources that the learners can view at their leisure. It has instructions to use the LMS's "complete" button to complete the course.
I've found that when the learner completes the course and then goes back to review it, the landing page is the final quiz question, which they must answer correctly in order to view the references page. I don't know if I have a setting wrong or something, but I want the learner to be able to view the references page without having to take any quiz questions.
Thanks!
Thank you Steven. I tried out SCORM Cloud and could not replicate the issue there. So I reached out to my LMS's tech support. They figured out that if the user did not click a link on the references page (i.e., take an action on that page), the system would not mark the page as viewed. So, I solved the problem by adding a button onto that page and requiring the learner to click it before ending the training.

Hi TrainingDepa304!
Happy to help!
I tested the LMS playback on my end, using a sample Rise 360 course with a similar Lesson/Quiz structure. However, when closing and reopening the course, I was brought back to the final Lesson and not the Quiz. Since the behavior is present across multiple Rise 360 courses, I suggest testing the published output in SCORM Cloud to help isolate the issue.
If you're still observing the issue when testing in SCORM Cloud, it would be helpful to see a copy of the Rise 360 course you're working with. You can share that with our team privately through a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
