Results slide is displaying the 'Failure' layer despite of answering all the questions correctly.
I have created a drag and drop interaction. There are 7 questions, and the passing score is 80% or above. Despite of meeting the passing criteria, the results slide is not marking me as successful.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that when you get a passing grade on your quiz the failure layer is displayed. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a few follow-up questions regarding the quiz so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Are you using graded or freeform drag-and-drop questions?
- What kind of results slide are you using?
I’ve attached a test file that I created in Storyline 360 based on your description of your quiz. The results slide grades the quiz properly. Do you mind opening it into Storyline 360 on your end to see if your quiz is set up the same way?
Also, would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can troubleshoot the issue?

Check your trigger order. Make sure that the score submission is above the show layer if score is triggers. If they got inserted in the wrong order, your score might not be calculating before the trigger to show the correct layer.
