Results Slide not working properly
Hi,
I have been trying to get this to work all day. The results slide does not give me what I need. I only set it for 3 questions to allow quick testing.
Now the submit btn seems to circle on me and not letting me advance. Not sure the reason for that either since my internet is high speed and have test other courses that work. Checked and everything is the same. Even inserted a new results slide.
Please help. The Support group is off Nov 21 - 25.

It was behaving like the Result slide had become corrupt. Rebuilding it from scratch worked for me. see attached

Your results slide got corrupted somehow. I deleted it, added a new one and that works.

I recreated one also. But I wanted to use the layout I had on there. We have other courses that were laid out the same and I checked them to match it. Everything was identical when I recreated it. Somehow it did not work.
I also tried to copy paste one from another course, but that didn't work well either.
For now, I will use the one you attached, Ron. Thank you.
Thank you Michael also.

FYI: Results slides are finicky. Inserting one automatically creates the appropriate variables and triggers needed for the built-in functionality.
Thus, importing, copying-and-pasting, and duplicating a Results slide just doesn't work.
To maintain a certain look, you could set up a special Master layout (though those can be finicky, too, for any quiz-related slide). Otherwise, use a blank layout, copy the desired objects to the new Results slide, and then copy-and-paste the necessary text from the default text boxes into the desired-design text boxes.

That's exactly what I tried the first time but didn't seem to work. Its good to see that it can work. Thanks Judy for your post.

Hi again,
So I added a Review btn to review the answers. When I tested it and got 100%, it showed the answers as Incorrect.
I removed all the questions except for 3 and put the answer in a text box below to make it easier for you to test it.

Just to confirm, are you working on your local C drive?

I'm working in OneDrive but others have worked correctly using OneDrive.

I have the synced to File Explorer and open all my .story files from there.

Any time you are not on your local C drive, you risk corruption. I know a lot of people have success using shared drives - but since there are some strange behaviors in this course creation, I would recommend removing that risks.

Very strange that all the other courses work fine?
Hi Daniela!
I'll second Ron's suggestion to work from your local drive rather than OneDrive. Can you work on the file locally and see if the behavior is the same or different?
