Resume button does not show a focus outline when the page is loaded

When you go back to a storyline module you are given a screen with a 'Resume' button and the focus is already placed on the button. However there is no bordered focus indicator on the button unless you tab forward to the 'Restart' button and back to the 'Resume' button. I think there needs to be way to style the 'Resume' button to include the focus outline on page load.
