Resume not starting where left off
I've recently updated an extensive amount of training that I built last year. I've been getting several complaints that when staff exit and then come back later to resume... it's starting them at t...
every time you publish a course, it gets a new resume ID*
if you update the course on your LMS, the previous resume data will no longer match => no resume possible
* even if you don't change anything
