Resume Rise Course

Hi, there seem to be a few conflicting comments about this on here.

If a Rise course is in an LMS, can it resume where the user left off if they completely close the tab and then return to the course later? 

At the moment, our Rise courses do not resume, but our Storyline courses do.

    Good day!

    When a Rise course is hosted in an LMS, it should automatically resume where the learner last left off.

    To help us investigate the issue, we’d like to test your course in SCORM Cloud (an LMS testing tool) to see if we can reproduce the resume problem. Would you mind sharing it?

    If that works for you, please attach the LMS output file to this case form. We’ll keep your file secure and delete it once testing is complete.
