Hi TammyPrewitt,
That definitely sounds frustrating! Since you’ve already compared settings with a working file, a few things you might check:
- Slide triggers and navigation: Make sure the results slide is set as the “initial scene” and that no stray triggers or revisiting settings are directing users to another slide on resume.
- Resume data limits (SCORM 1.2): SCORM 1.2 has a smaller suspend data limit, which can cause resume issues — especially in longer courses. If that’s the case, switching to SCORM 2004 (3rd or 4th edition) usually fixes it.
- LMS resume behavior: In SCORM Cloud, double-check “Always resume” is set to Prompt to Resume or Always Resume and that caching isn’t interfering.
If none of that helps, try importing your slides into a new Storyline file — sometimes that resets any corrupted navigation or results logic.
Hope that helps you get it sorted!
