Resume Video Playback in SL or Rise

I've uploaded a two-hour video to SL and Rise, and I need learners to be able to resume playback where they left off.  I've tried setting triggers in SL, enabling "Prompt to resume" on the player, and unchecking "reset learner's progress to zero" in Rise. However, the video is not resuming in either platform.  Suggestions?

    Thanks for reaching out! I see you’re trying to get your two-hour video to resume where learners left off in both Storyline 360 and in Rise 360.

    You’re definitely on the right track. In Storyline, you can control how learners resume a course by adjusting the resume behavior settings. That said, it’s good to know that when a Storyline course is published to Review 360 or embedded in Rise 360 as a Storyline block, it will always start from the beginning. Resume behavior, including video playback, won’t carry over in those environments. You can read more about that here: Storyline 360: Changing the Resume Behavior

    As for Rise 360, built-in video blocks do not currently support resuming playback where the learner left off. If the learner leaves the lesson and returns, the video will restart from the beginning.

    To better understand what’s going on, could you let us know how you’re testing the Storyline course when it’s not embedded in Rise 360? Is it published to an LMS, a web server, or to Review 360?
