Return to Rise lesson/course after closing content link tab

I've built a multi-lesson course in Rise with links to videos, PDFs, etc embedded in the content blocks. The Rise course itself opens from our LMS in a separate browser window (but not a browser tab...

Hi Laura! What LMS are you using? You should have the option in your LMS to force the Rise 360 content to open in the same window in a frame rather than a new browser window. It sounds like that would help your learners keep track of the course window.

Hello,

I'm using Cornerstone and do not know how to get the learner back to the Rise Course after closing the tab for an external link.  Can you please help?

    Hi Jen! Sorry to hear that your users are having problems getting back to the course after accessing an external link. To confirm, when they access the link, it opens a new tab and not a window? Is the link sending the user to a document or a website?
