Review 360 - Is all of my work lost when my license expires?

I had a ton of content in my Review 360 under a former license.  Is all of that gone if I get a new license/email?

  • As per the Terms of Service, Articulate maintains online content for 6 months after a license expires. (See https://www.articulate.com/360-terms-of-service/ )

    If it's been more than 6 months since your license expired, there's no way to get back what you had in Review or Rise. 

    Content is associated with a specific account/license. If it hasn't been 6 months since your previous license expired, and you start a new license with a new email, you should work directly with the sales team to see if they can transfer the online content.

    • FYI: That is possible. However, I don't know what kind of verification process they require to ensure the content belongs to you.
