I appreciate the additional troubleshooting details you've shared with Luciana and Kelly so far. Since the issue is affecting multiple reviewers, multiple languages, and more than one course, I'd like our engineers to take a closer look. In the meantime, could you also confirm the following for the affected reviewers?
- They're using the latest version of their browser
- The browser settings outlined in the article Luciana shared are configured as recommended

Yes, I can confirm the reviewers are using the latest browser version and their settings are aligned with the recommendation from Luciana.
