Review 360 forcing all reviewers to create accounts (even when I tell it not to)
When I sent a Review 360 link to a client to review, and I select the "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment" option, Articulate still forces all users to login, or create an account and log...
Ah, my use of "anonymous" above was not accurate. I'm fine with the requirement of them providing their email address, but after that the system then FORCES them to the account login screen to either login or create the account. And the system does NOT allow them to enter comments.
I didn't believe this until I tried it myself, and it forced me to the login screen.
