Review 360 license only
I'd like our SMEs to be able to manage and download the comments from Review 360. Do they need a full Articulate 360 license or can we provision just for Review 360?

Great question! If you'd like your SME's to manage and download comments from Review 360, they'll just need to sign up with an Articulate ID. They don't need a subscription! You can read more about Review 360 permissions here.
