Most modern browsers require learners to interact with a webpage before any media files are allowed to be played. You can learn more about this policy here. Try clicking on your published course to see if this allows the media files in your slides to play. If they do, try integrating some form of interaction at the beginning of your course to see if this helps.
If the issue persists after adding interaction, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
