Review 360

Hi there I'm having trouble with my shareholder viewing my course in Review360. When I view it it goes in the correct order. When they click on the link, the scenes are jumbled. The course is unlocked but I'm wondering if there's something that I'm missing(?) any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! :)

I'm having a similar issue. My stakeholders cannot view the course in Review360 without it redirecting to a login screen and prompting them to login even though they don't have/need accounts.

      Hi rachelmrose!

Sorry to hear you're also having trouble sharing a Review 360 link with your stakeholders!

Can you confirm the Share Settings have been set to Anyone with the link?

If those settings are already in place, yet your colleagues are still unable to access the Review item it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file you're working with.

Do you mind uploading that here in the discussion or privately in a support case so we can test it out?

  • Hi ashleyminor25!

Sorry to hear your Storyline course is not playing back as expected in Review 360!

Have you made any changes to the Scene/Slide order in between Review 360 publications? The Menu in Storyline directly controls the order of how content appears when published. As a first step, I suggest resetting the Player Menu, via Player Properties.

    1. From the top ribbon, select Player Properties.
    2. Navigate to the Menu tab.
    3. Click 'Reset from Story'.
    4. Republish to Review 360 and share the updated link with your stakeholder.

If that doesn't do the trick, do you mind sharing the .story file that's giving you trouble? Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi StevenBenassi  thank you so much for responding and for the help! I did the steps to reset from story but now that I'm looking at it more, I realize the problem: I have moved around a few scenes and now they are out of chronological order. Is there any way to fix this? Sorry I know that this is another issue!

      Thanks!

You can set the scene numbers in the home ribbon under "index":

        Hope this fixes your issue!
