Review for users with no Articulate account

We are suddenly having issues with reviewers not being able to access review links. Although they work perfectly for us when we test them, our reviewers are getting the attached screen. Any ideas why this might be?

    I'm sorry to hear your reviewers are having trouble accessing your course links in Review 360. I understand how frustrating that could be. I'm happy to assist!

    I'd like to send along our Rise 360 Course Sharing Guidelines.

    I'd also like to send along the steps for Sharing a Web Link: 

    1. Open the course from your Rise 360 dashboard.
    2. Click Share in the upper right corner of the screen and copy the shareable link. (If you're the Course Owner, you have the option to protect your course with a password.)
    3. Send the link to your learners. And if you set a password for it, be sure to give them the password too.
