Review not working with my Storyline module

I have built a course in Storyline and asked my sponsor to review my work using Review 360. When they used the link given when I published it, the link opened the module but then nothing happens when they clicked the start triangle. This worked a month ago. I then republished it which made no difference to being able to run the review. I've had my colleagues try and they had the same results with no ideas how to resolve this.

I  am using Windows 11,  Storyline 360  ver 3.70.29211.0 last updated: 12/5/2022  although I had this problem before the last update.
