We released an update to Rise today. It fixed  the issue where Rise cover photos wouldn't always upload.

I am having a similar issue with the cover photo upload error, the error message below can not be removed, there is no trash can icon or ability to delete;

I have problem when I try to upload video in mp4 format.

It happanes with every video captured with articulate screen recording.

This is the error: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>< Error><Code>SignatureDoesNotMatch</Code><Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.</

Oh no, Aleksandrina, sorry you're hitting that error message. What web browser are you using to edit your Rise course?

Also, would you mind sharing a copy of the MP4 file with me? I'd like to test uploading it to Rise. Thank you!

I am also unable to upload to the Attachment Block today.  I have uploaded many file types to test and all have failed to upload with this message "There was an issue uploading. Please try again."

The main document type that I am trying to upload is pdfs. I have created these in Acrobat so I believe they are correctly formed. 

Can you tell me if it's an issue at your end or functionality at my end - I am on a government network, via cavle and I am pulling the document from My Documents not a network drive.

 I am using Chrome on a PC.

I was able to add a pdf to my Rise course:

I'm going to assume that you probably cannot share your file since you mention being on a government network, but feel free to try the pdf I'm sharing here and let me know if that works for you as well.
