Rise - not resetting to o% in LMS
Is anyone else encountering the problem of a Rise course not resetting to 0% completion when relaunched in an LMS?
I load the course and it loads as 100% completed. I don't see any settings that w...
This is a LMS issue.
Did you replace the old SCORM package in the LMS with the new version, or did you upload the new SCORM package as a new instance of the course?
In other words, within the LMS do you see two instances of the Rise course or just one?
I've made this mistake in the past :-)
