Hey folks, any movement on this issue? Rise keeps transcoding and I have a client who cannot upload the course to their LMS due to the renaming convention when the file is transcoded.
Hi Sadiya! After troubleshooting David's case, we found the transcoding issue was more related to the video files themselves rather than to Rise 360.
