Rise 360 - Page zoom is restricted

Hi, looking for help to solve an accessibility problem. We use a tool called SiteImprove that crawls our website and shows us accessibility errors. We have a number of tutorials created with Rise 360 that are published to our site, and they are giving an error under WCAG 1.4.10 and 1.4.4. These are AA level errors.

The tutorials have the following tag in the head content:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1">

According to SiteImprove and WCAG, maximum scale should be set to 2. 

Can anyone provide us with info on how to accomplish this in Rise, or is this not within our control?
