Rise 360 : Adding Thumbnail Image in Video During Course Building
Could someone help me with how to add a thumbnail image to the video during course building, as it is showing some white space after video upload?

Hi there, Dipansu! Rise will use the first frame of your video as the thumbnail for your video block. If it's showing as white space, you can try using a video editing tool to change the first frame of your video so that it will display your desired thumbnail in Rise.
Has there been an update to this? It's crazy that this request was made YEARS ago and yet still no resolution. I am uploading videos that show black screen with white play button. We really need the ability to upload a thumbnail.
