Rise 360 | Uploading Audio Files Not Working
I am experiencing a similar issue. I try uploading an MP3 file and it is just loading but nothing is happening, it says "processing audio...".
I seem to be having the same issue. No MP3-File I`ve tried worked out.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble uploading audio files to Rise 360!
Everything seems to be working when testing a sample MP3 file on my end. Have you tested the issue across multiple supported browsers? Also, does clearing your browser's cache make any improvement?
If the issue persists, it's possible your network endpoints may need to be configured. The domains listed in this article must be accessible on port 443 in order for Articulate services to function properly.
