Thanks for sticking with this conversation. We know this issue with embedded Vimeo content has been frustrating, and we appreciate you continuing to share what you’re seeing.
The good news: the provider has resolved the issue.
Most videos should now load normally without you needing to do anything.
If a video still doesn’t appear:
- Clear your browser cache.
- Reload the course.
That should restore normal viewing.
If you’re still running into trouble, let us know what you’re seeing. We’re here and want to make sure everything is working as it should.

We are experiencing exactly the same issue!
I just raised a ticket to Articulate support as well. For us, this is extremely urgent matter as most of our learners are impacted and the number of videos is too important to just share with them the direct links.
UPDATE: we also raised a ticket to Vimeo team, they said that they are aware of the issue and working on fixing it. However, the answer seemed half automatic with the usual wording, so I'm not sure if the issue is coming from Vimeo.
