Rise 360 + Vimeo

Hi everyone!
Thanks for sticking with this conversation. We know this issue with embedded Vimeo content has been frustrating, and we appreciate you continuing to share what you’re seeing.
The good news: the provider has resolved the issue.
Most videos should now load normally without you needing to do anything.
If a video still doesn’t appear:
- Clear your browser cache.
- Reload the course.
That should restore normal viewing.
If you’re still running into trouble, let us know what you’re seeing. We’re here and want to make sure everything is working as it should.

While this may have solved a Vimeo issue, it seems to have broken external embedded video (again), or perhaps the timing is coincidental. I worked with Articulate engineers late last year to patch Rise due to an issue with how the embed feature handled external video content. They sent a hot patch out and fixed it. The problem is back, triggering the error "The connection is blocked because it was initiated by a public page to connect to devices or servers on your local network."
