RISE 360: Collaborator published a new Review link - lost feedback

RISE 360: A collaborator inadvertently published a Review link for a course that a group of people was working on, and now it seems all feedback is lost. We tried to take the course back to a previous version, but the feedback is still not there. Is there a way to get back to the feedback SMEs added to the course?

    I'm sorry to hear that you and your team have lost Review comments after publishing from Rise 360.

    I see that you've already opened a support case and are working with my colleague, Gian. You're in great hands with him, and we can continue the conversation there!
