Rise 360 Content "Link"?
I was wondering if I can access a URL link to some of these new Rise 360 generic courses or do we have to download and then upload to our LMS?

Those generic courses are in Rise. That means you can open and edit them if you have an Articulate 360 license.
To make one available in your LMS, you'll need to open the course in Rise, publish it as per your LMS standards, and then upload the published course to your LMS.
