Quick question....I'm using the Apex theme headers. I quite like the line under the headings....but unfortunately it wont appear in Published mode. Tried everything, cant see what I'm doing wrong - pls help.

You're correct that the line appears during edit mode, but not in the published course. This is expected with the Apex theme. One option is to keep the Rise theme. I ran a quick test and the line is present when the course is previewed or published.
