rise 360 integrated comments are jumpy.

As I'm typing and editing, the comments column is doing this all the time.

I think it wants my attention. When the 'comments' menu is closed, the whole column high-speed blinks which is even more annoying.

I think I'll have to go back to having Review up in a separate window and turn off the comments column in Rise, it's just too unusable.

    Hi Tim,

    I am sorry to hear about the jumpy comments. Does the issue happen to other browsers as well? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and ensuring your device and browsers are fully updated?
