Rise 360 issues
Having issues with inputting question bank into rise 360 giving error and long wait. Anyone have ideas how to get question bank into Course quiz?

I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Adding a question bank in Rise 360 should take no time. To troubleshoot the issue, please try clearing your browser's cache to see if this helps. Testing on another browser is also another step worth checking out. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course to see what's causing the issue. Let us know how it goes!
