Rise 360 Page wont load
Hi Valeria and Russell! We noticed the same problem, and we fixed it right away. Please refresh your Rise 360 browser window and try opening your courses again. It should work correctly now!
Our team is experiencing this issue today with multiple Rise courses as well. Review links are working, but we can't access the actual courses to edit/export.

Thanks so much for reaching out. We’re currently seeing degraded performance in Rise 360, which can cause courses to be slow, unresponsive, or get stuck on the “Your Content is Loading” message. While our team is investigating, you can check for updates on our Articulate Status page, or Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.

Thanks for your patience while this was being investigated.
The issue causing degraded performance in Rise 360 has now been resolved, and you should see normal performance when opening and editing courses.
