Rise 360 Process Interactive: images
I have used a few instances of this interaction in 1 course. Some, of the Processes with images zoom perfectly and others stay the same size but move up or down or sideways, but not Zoomed. Can anyone tell me why this happens for some processes and not for others, they all have the same settings.
Image "Zoom" is actually a misnomer.
When you upload an image to a Rise block, Rise will display the image in a predetermined container with a fixed size.
If the image you uploaded has larger dimensions than the container, the larger image will be constrained to the dimensions of the container making it appear smaller. If you click "zoom" it actually does not zoom at all, it merely displays the image using it's actual dimensions. It may appear to "zoom" because the original image is larger than the version displayed in the container, but it is not actually enlarging your image.
For the cases where Zoom appears not to be happening , this occurs because the original size of the image and the size of the container are very similar.
