RISE 360 Question Bank.....when I import the question bank into the RISE 360 course, the font formatting is incorrect.
When I import the question bank into the RISE 360 course, the font formatting is incorrect.
1) In the question bank, the font appears incorrect in the preview mode.
2) When I draw questions from the bank, the font appears inconsistent and incorrect.
3) Even the random selection of questions is not working. The same set of 10 out of 12 questions appear each time.

The issue I reported on the 12th is still not resolved. Rowie is trying but there is an issue/bug. we need this issue sorted urgently. The question bank surely has a glitch.
We are delayed in uploading the course to be taken by the learners.

I was just searching for this issue, as I am experiencing the same problem. The font size in my questions bank is set to 20, but once imported into my course, it appears smaller at times when in preview mode and once on our LMS. Other times it appears fine. I've attached 2 screen captures showing this. Is there any update on this issue?
