My SMEs are having the same issue. Can you delete the "START" in the process section of settings > labels? If I remove the "START" text, the button is still viewable. I need the button to be removed completely.

You can hide the entire Start page of a Process Block by following these steps:
Click the visibility button for the Start page so that its status changes to Hidden.
Now when you preview the Process Block, the first page will look like this:
Note that you can also hide the Process Block Summary Page in the same way.
