Rise 360: Send to someone not on team account

Hello, I need to transfer a Rise 360 file to someone outside our team account and company.  They have an Articulate 360 subscription.  Is this possible?

Hmmm, I tried and it did not work.  Will confirm on their end they in fact have the right subscription.

    Hi Tara,

    As long as the recipient has an Articulate 360 account, this will work.

      I could not get it to work either.  A red warning said, "Failed to send copies to the following emails, please ensure that they have valid accounts in your regional data center: ______@_____"

        What I said above has since changed.

        Articulate recently launched a EU data center in Germany that complements their U.S. data center in northern Virginia.

        Now, even if everyone has a Teams account, both you and the other person need to be allocated to the same data center for it to work.
