Rise 360 Timeline block: Image zoom in or zoom out settings are enabled by default
The lack of a "disable/enable zoom on image click" option in the Timeline block of Rise 360 is causing problems with recording completion. This is because when an image is added in this block, learners must click on it to finish the eLearning. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the "zoom on image click" function, like there is in other blocks.

We've not experienced this problem.
Our students get completion without clicking on images in Timeline blocks.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing the completion issue unless the students are clicking on these pictures to zoom out. The course export setting is 'Track using course completion=100%'.

We are using the same completion settings.
Students can simply scroll by the Timeline blocks without doing anything and still get a checkmark for that Lesson.
Are you using Continue blocks?

Yes, we are using Continue blocks in each lesson.
We have replaced the 'Timeline' block with an 'Accordion' block and the tracking is working now.
