Rise 360-Undo Action

When you delete an entire block or a lesson, the Undo option will appear in the lower left for a few seconds to allow you to recover that content.--Helpful to know, thanks!
We have multiple collaborators, and every now and then I'd like to see a previous version; but days or even a week may have passed. Is there any way to recover old blocks in that scenario? Or only at the time of deletion?
