Rise content not launching in LMS (SuccessFactors)
Has anyone experienced Rise courses not launching in this LMS?
We use the SuccessFactors platform. I have three Rise courses loaded, and they were all previously working in Cornerstone, but now when I try to launch them in SuccessFactors, I get a blank screen. They are set to launch in a new tab. I've checked the Pop-up blocker setting, but that is not the issue. Are there other browser settings to make?
I've also submitted a case with our LMS Manager, but I wanted to see if anyone on this forum has experienced something similar and had any resolutions.
Hi Michelle! Sorry to hear that your course launches in Cornerstone, but not in SuccessFactors.

We have had numerous issues with successfactors and Rise as of late. One work around that seems to be doing the trick is to upload the course package in AICC format.
