Rise Content page - unable to skip to next page

since a fresh login this morning, I can no longer skip through pages of my content page where I can view my modules. It briefly jumps to next page, but then immediately returns to the first pa...
I am having the same problem and tried the usual troubleshooting steps of clearing the cache, trying different browsers, etc. I am also unable to duplicate courses.
