Rise Course - GIF issue

Hello, I am building a training and wanted to use GIFs as images. I am downloading them from GIPHY but anytime I upload them in my course, they don't play. Any idea why that might be happening?  ...

Hi Laura! 

Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear your GIF is not behaving as expected in your Rise course. I'm happy to help!   

I tested this behavior on my end and was able to have my GIF behave as expected. I have a few quick questions to better understand your setup:

  • What browser are you currently using to author your course? Do you notice a difference if you edit your course or view a published version of your course in a different browser? 
  • Please share your GIF file with us. I'd like to test this out on my end and see if I'm getting the same results.
