Rise Course Audio not working - only on my computer

Here are some steps you can try to fix the audio issue with Rise courses on your computer:
1. Check Volume Settings:
- Ensure that your computer’s volume is turned up and not muted.
- Check the volume settings within the Rise course itself, as there may be a separate control.
2. Browser Check:
- Make sure you are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try accessing the course in an incognito/private window to rule out any extensions interfering with audio playback.
3. Audio Drivers:
- Update your audio drivers. Go to Device Manager, find your audio device, and update the driver.
- Restart your computer after updating.
