Rise Course Dashboard is SLOOOOOOW

loading the rise home page for all our courses has slowed to a snail's pace over the last few weeks... We do have a lot of courses (500+) and often this page takes several minutes to load... Are there any options to speed this page up?

    Hi Glen,

    I have experienced the same thing. Loading the dashboard has recently become noticeably slower.

    Hi folks! Thanks for letting us know about this issue.  Can you provide more details on the environment you’re using to access Rise:

    1. OS version
    2. Browser version
    3. Approximately how many courses you have on your account.
    4. Approximately how long it takes for Rise to load.

    Also, are you seeing this issue when accessing Rise using a different device/browser? Thanks!

      Hi Lea,

      The slow dashboard loading problem started about two weeks ago.

      Curious thing: since the service disruption this morning, dashboard loading times are almost back to normal.

      1. OS: Windows 10 Pro
      2. Browser: Chrome Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
      3. We currently have 105 courses.
      4. It takes about 30 seconds to load

    Still slow - but maybe not quite as slow as yesterday but this is what we have:

    1. OS - just tried on 2 of our M1 Mac’s - top spec and also a high spec Intel MacbookPro

    2. Browser: Chrome Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (arm64)

    3. 500 courses or just over

    4. It’s taking about 25 seconds to load
