Hi, Adriane. We just started receiving reports of this same issue with a Rise course we launched company-wide. Some users report seeing only a white screen upon launch and the content never loads. The course is published as SCORM 1.2 within our LMS. Most of the users having issues are working remotely over VPN. I tried to duplicate the issue myself by trying remotely over VPN and was unsuccessful--the course launched and loaded perfectly for me. I realize your post was from three years ago, but do you happen to recall what the resolution was for you?
