RISE course won't load in LMS
We experienced something like this recently with our Totara, in our case the issue turned out to be Totara and not Rise.
- The issue only appeared after we made some updates to our Rise course and uploaded the new scorm to our course on Totara.
- It only affected learners that had previously taken the course.
- A new learner could play the course without any issues.
I don't know if you're experiencing the same issue, I couldn't find much in the Totara forums and what I could find seemed a little convoluted.
Our LMS Administrator solved our issue and we all lived happily ever after until the next challenge.
Thank you any ideas how it was fixed?
Its a piece of mandatory training so need to get it fixed

It maybe worth checking that it's the same issue.
We fixed it by
- Adding a new scorm block to the course.
- Hiding the old scorm block by going into the course completion settings.
- unticking the old scorm and ticking the updated one.
Please seek advice if you're going to try this as it may lead to a loss of completion data.
