So sorry to hear about this. What device and browser are you using? Make sure to update your supported web browser to the latest version, and try clearing your browser cache, and try again.
As for the screenshot, John, I'm able to replicate this behavior where the Move button is greyed out when I'm trying to move a course to a folder where it already exists. Can you verify if the course is already in Diamond Drills folder?
If the issue persists, can you share a quick video screencast demonstrating this issue, so we may investigate this further?

I discovered that this only occurs in Edge, Chrome works fine.
